During his tenure as Head of Technology and Product Strategy at Fiserv, Kiran led the integration and expansion of debit network and cloud-native SaaS banking products, significantly improving product-to-market speed and generating substantial new revenue streams. At T-Mobile, as Chief of Staff to the CIO, Kiran championed digital transformation initiatives and played a pivotal role in strategic mergers and the relaunch of flagship products, driving substantial revenue growth and operational efficiencies.

Kiran has cultivated a deep expertise in technology infrastructure, strategic planning, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in launching groundbreaking products, optimizing technology for market expansion, and leading teams through significant corporate mergers, notably the Sprint merger, initiatives for T-Mobile’s recovery efforts in Puerto Rico post-Hurricane Maria, and launching the nation’s first NB-IoT service plan.

Kiran has an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, Kellogg’s Chief Product Officer and Kellogg Executive Scholar, and an esteemed graduate of the Advanced Leadership Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business; he brings a potent blend of business acumen, engineering prowess, and executive management to the boardroom.
