Kiran Malige is a globally recognized Chief Technology Officer with an exemplary track record of strategic leadership and technological transformation across multi-billion-dollar corporations in the Telecom, FinTech, Banking, and Financial Services industry sectors. A committed advocate for innovation and excellence, his leadership extends beyond the corporate sphere into civic engagement and professional development, where he continues to influence the future of technology and business. Kiran is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) member with NACD Directorship Certification®. He is an advisor to the Strategic Artificial Intelligence Executive Education Program at Mercy University and advisor to the Digital Marketing Executive Education program at Texas A&M. He is Ascend Executive Network (AEN) Financial Management Affinity Group national co-leader and a panel speaker on monthly Artificial Intelligence Innovation Summits. 

During his tenure as Head of Technology and Product Strategy at Fiserv, Kiran led the integration and expansion of debit network and cloud-native SaaS banking products, significantly improving product-to-market speed and generating substantial new revenue streams. At T-Mobile, as Chief of Staff to the CIO, Kiran championed digital transformation initiatives and played a pivotal role in strategic mergers and the relaunch of flagship products, driving substantial revenue growth and operational efficiencies.

Kiran has cultivated a deep expertise in technology infrastructure, strategic planning, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in launching groundbreaking products, optimizing technology for market expansion, and leading teams through significant corporate mergers, notably the Sprint merger, initiatives for T-Mobile’s recovery efforts in Puerto Rico post-Hurricane Maria, and launching the nation’s first NB-IoT service plan.

As a board member, Kiran leverages his extensive experience in technology strategy, risk management, and corporate governance to drive growth, innovation, and resilience. Kiran has an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, Kellogg’s Chief Product Officer and Kellogg Executive Scholar, and an esteemed graduate of the Advanced Leadership Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business; he brings a potent blend of business acumen, engineering prowess, and executive management to the boardroom. He is enrolled in Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law's Master of Science in Law program.
